Foster Parents
Highland County Job and Family Services is committed to ensuring that quality local homes are available to children in agency care. Highland County JFS certifies and licenses foster/adoptive parents in the communities within and surrounding Highland County. When Highland County foster parents are not available, JFS contracts with several private agencies to provide needed foster care services. JFS works closely with these agencies to find a licensed home able to meet the child’s need.

Adoption
When you adopt a child through Highland County Job and Family Services, you provide a safe, nurturing and loving home to a waiting child or sibling group. Some of these children have been waiting a long time for a home just like yours.
