Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) may be able to provide transportation to and from medical appointments. To be eligible, customers must be in receipt of a regular Medicaid card or eligible for Medicaid through the “spend-down” process and have met their spend-down obligation in the same month of the transportation schedule.

You must call at least five business days before your medical appointment.
Before calling please make sure you have the following information available:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
- Your social security number
- The date and time of your appointment
Medical Provider Information
- Your doctor’s name
- The name of the doctor’s building or hospital
- The address (including zip code)
- The doctor’s phone number
Note: If you omit any of this information, there may be a delay in scheduling your trip. This delay could result in you not receiving your transportation timely.
